City Court

Greenbrier Municipal Court hears code violations including traffic tickets, regulations of animals, property maintenance violations and more. 

Court meets the first Wednesday of every month at Greenbrier City Hall. 

Pay a ticket without appearing in court

You may pay your ticket with cash, credit card, or money order in person at the Greenbrier Police Department at 2414 Hwy 41 S. This will be considered a guilty plea to the charges against you, and it will be on your driving record.  

Cash, credit card, cashier's check or money order are the only payment methods.  Visa or Mastercard only. There is a 2.95% processing fee. 

You must pay your ticket in full before your scheduled court date to avoid having to appear in court.

Persons under the age of 18 years old when the citation was issued MUST come to court with a parent or legal guardian.

  • The address for Greenbrier Municipal Court is 2414 Hwy 41 S, Greenbrier, TN located inside of Greenbrier Police Department.
  • Your court date and time are indicated on the citation given to you at the time the citation and information sheet was issued.

  • Plan to appear on time and dress appropriately.
  • All cell phones and watches must be silenced while the court is in session.
  • No food or drinks are allowed in court.

Failure to Appear in Court or Pay your Ticket


If you fail to pay your ticket or fail to appear in court on your scheduled court date, you will be found guilty by default and your driver's license can be suspended by the Department of Safety.
